29 Apr 11 - "For those of you who walked outside this morning and saw snowflakes in the air, we assure you that it is actually April 29," says this article in the Idaho Statesman.

This may be especially shocking news for Kuna residents - some of whom found more than an inch of snow in the yards.

The unseasonably cold spring persists in Boise and Friday is going to be cold, with high temperatures struggling to reach an estimated high of 49 degrees.

The regular high temperature for the Boise area on April 29 is 66 degrees.
