Record snow base at Mt Washington, BC

So much snow that they've extended their ski season

Good morning Robert Felix,

I just checked out the Mt Washington website and it looks like they broke another record. They have 648 cm (22.5 ft) of snow base and the new snow has delayed regular skiing until the groomers do their work.  Amazing!

What if all this snow keeps piling up and doesn't completely melt this summer?  Does that indicate a climate change or the onset of an ice age?  Imagine a ski resort eventually getting put out of business due to too much snow.
