9 Apr 11 - Heavy snowfall hit Moscow late Friday, said this article on Itar-Tass.

However, despite the return of winter weather, Moscow’s airports work as normal, Rosaviation reported to Itar-Tass.

"There are no flight delays due to the bad weather conditions, and no aircraft were diverted to alternate aerodromes," the agency source said.

According to the Russian Meteorological Service (Roshydromet), there will be wet snow with rain in Moscow and the surrounding areas on Saturday, with clearings during the day. The temperature was about zero in the morning and will rise to six degrees Centigrade in the afternoon.
