A COLD AND MOIST SPRING STORM SYSTEM...  WILL DEVELOP NEAR THE CANADIAN BORDER FRIDAY MORNING... SPREADING SOUTH INTO THE REMAINDER OF NORTH CENTRAL MONTANA  BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON. SNOW HEAVY AT TIMES FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING BEFORE DIMINISHING FRIDAY NIGHT.

SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 TO 6 INCHES LIKELY BELOW 4000 FT... 10 TO 16 INCHES ABOVE 4000 FT... UP TO 20 INCHES AT RIDGE TOPS. SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR POSSIBLE DURING AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS.
