Hi Robert!
Last week I travelled from Cusco, Peru to La Paz, Bolivia and then
down to the jungle. I noticed far more snow on top of the highest
mountains in Bolivia and Peru than I`ve seen in the past few years.
Additionally, yesterday there was a substantial snowfall in the
mountains between Puno and Arequipa, Peru that caused a several hour
traffic delay.
The news media in Peru reported today that it was a very unusual
event at this time of the year there...

disrupted in the annex to Tolconi, Chachas district, province of
Castilla Arequipa due to snow covering the road.
