Hi Robert

I've attached photographs of an area in Dundee, Scotland called Lochee where during a massive thunderstorm in the city today, 23rd June 2011, there was a downpour of hailstones when the rest of the city was experiencing extreme torrential rain.

I have never known of scenes like this in our city in the middle of June the day after midsummer.

Also, here is the local newspaper report of today's weather here in Dundee Scotland.

"A hailstorm in Dundee on Thursday afternoon led to scenes that would have looked extreme in January — but were verging on the ridiculous for June," says the report.
