25 Feb 11 - The same storm that hammered Spokane with record snowfall also shattered temperature records through the Northwest and northern Plains. Seattle has broken the record low temperature three days in a row. The city recorded 21 degrees at 7 a.m. Friday, breaking the record of 22 degrees set in 1960.
Other records:
Miles City, Montana: Minus 27F. Shatters old record of minus 16.
Other records broken or tied include: Sheridan, WY. , Cut Bank, MT., Great Falls, MT., Steeley Lake, MT. and West Glacier, MT. More low temperature records are expected this weekend in Idaho and Montana.
