Later in the evening,
snow will pick up in intensity from Minneapolis, east across a good
part of Wisconsin and northern Michigan. Central Wisconsin could

- Federal emergency management officials have issued a disaster
declaration for 10 Wisconsin counties -
Dane, Dodge, Grant, Iowa,

saw record snowfall during an early February storm.
The storm began on Jan. 31 and lasted through Feb. 3. Gov. Scott

portion the Grapevine section of Interstate 5 for nearly 24
