10 Feb 11 - This just in from Oklahoma City resident Stew Stewart: "Oklahoma City's -5° this morning shattered the its previous coldest February 10th record of +4° set 112 years ago in 1899. "And another six inches of snow were added yesterday to our already record-making 11.8 inches that fell February 1. "But that's not the worst of it," says Stew. "Deeper snow and colder temperature records, some as low as -20°, were set throughout the northern and western parts of the state. One consequence, water mains are freezing throughout the state."
