Nonstop shaking in California town "The activity has just increased dramatically"
Ocotillo, just five miles from the epicenter of Monday's magnitude 5.7 temblor, has been rattled by dozens of secondary aftershocks since that time. "We are the epicenter, we had severe damage," said resident Linda Ewing. "We immediately lost power, because the transformer that fed our house fell off the pole. Nothing stayed on the walls." "The activity has just increased dramatically, and since Easter it's been nonstop," Ewing said. "Everybody is just freaked."
