It will be "a paralyzing monster storm," downing trees and power lines and impacting millions. The snow will fall at 1 to 2 inches per hour for perhaps as much as 15 hours, dumping 1 to 2 feet of snow on the Poconos and the Catskills, perhaps New York City, maybe even down to Philly.
