Because of the damage to the stadium, Monday's scheduled New York Giants-Minnesota Vikings game was moved to Detroit's Ford Field. A blizzard warning remained in effect for much of northern Illinois, all of Iowa, large sections of southern Minnesota and Wisconsin, and parts of North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri and Michigan, according to the National Weather Service. Snowplows on I-90 were struggling with drifts as high as 5 feet on I-90, said Minnesota Department of Transportation spokeswoman Rebecca Arndt.
