11 Dec 10 - A full-on blizzard is under way across the Upper Midwest, including Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.  

Roads across almost all of south-central and southwestern Minnesota are closed, including a large section of I-90.

Interstate-29 is closed between Sioux City, Iowa and Omaha, Neb.

With snow accumulation totals forecast to reach 12 to 18 inches in many areas, travel is strongly not advised.
