"aggressive program to go after deniers"
A very dangerous man
25 Jun 11 - "Former Democratic Sen. Tim Wirth of Colorado, now the president of
the UN Foundation, said the flooding and forest fires in the United States this
year are evidence of "the kind of dramatic climate impact" climate change models
have predicted and that global warming spokesmen must “undertake an aggressive
program to go after those who are among the deniers” of climate change," says
this article on CNS news.
This despicable suggestion comes just one week after US solar physicists
announced that the Sun appears to be headed into a lengthy spell of low
activity, which could mean that the Earth – far from facing a global warming
problem – is actually headed into a mini Ice Age.
That
announcement came from scientists at the U.S. National Solar Observatory
(NSO) and the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL).
At a press
conference held at the annual meeting of the Solar Physics Division of the
American Astronomical Society in Las Cruces, New Mexico, three solar scientists
gave their forecast for the next solar cycle, that the sun may be going into
hibernation.
Cycle 24
may be the last normal one for some time," said solar physicist Dr Frank Hill,
"and the next one, Cycle 25, may not happen. The solar cycle may be going into
hiatus, like a TV show."
This would
be similar to the late 17th century when the Sun
went through a period of inactivity known as the Maunder Minimum. Very few
sunspots were seen from about 1645 to 1715, which corresponds to a climatic
period called the "Little Ice Age."
Does Mr. Wirth want to “undertake an aggressive program" to go after
scientists at the U.S. National Solar Observatory and the U.S. Air Force Research
Laboratory?
I
guess he's hoping that people will be too stupid to notice that the historic
Missouri River flood is occurring because of record-breaking snowpack in the
mountains - snowpack that is two times, three times, even five times normal.
"There are some dangerous people out there," says Tom.
I agree.

These people are truly pathetic. Someone needs to strip that clown

Senator Wirth,
As a deeply committed climate panic sceptic over the issue of atmospheric carbon
dioxide, I suggest you get some basic facts first. As a committed denier, all I
deny is that more atmospheric carbon dioxide will have an effect upon our
climate.
Please note that I do not deny climate change, that would be seriously in error;
climate changes over any time period we have records for.
The key to climate panic deniers is the role of a benign gas called carbon
dioxide. Despite what you are lead to believe, there is not one single credible
item of evidence for the existence of an atmospheric greenhouse effect, let
alone for atmospheric carbon dioxide enhancing this effect.
That one issue is the pivotal key to all climate panic, hence my denial, as
there is absolutely and positively no such mechanism as a greenhouse effect in
our atmosphere. Please visit my site and learn some basic facts and do come back
to me for additional details, please. Hans Schreuder from Ipswich, England.
My site is called
ilovemycarbondioxide.com and is brimful of information that you will need to
know about before calling for action to go after deniers. Better to go after the
zealots who push the climate panic agenda.

Dear Robert,
I've been following your postings nearly every day for four years now. I have
never accepted the AGW theory. I guess you would call me a "skeptic" since
"denier" is a pejorative term created by pro AGW activists who despise everyone
who questions the "settled science."
Isn't it interesting how the left comes up with derogatory titles like "teabagger"
or "denier" in order to slander those they disagree with instead of debating the
facts? The term "denier" assumes that the science about global warming is
settled, and imbeciles like me just don't get it so we deny the truth about
global warming.
The problem is that we do get it, and we know that the science is far from
"settled." As a matter of fact, they are the ones who have left science for a
giant leap of faith, a religion that has absolutely no basis in true science or
established fact. They worship at the altar of radical environmentalism and
seize upon every opportunity to push their green agenda.
I am a well informed skeptic, not a denier. I have denied nothing of truth, I
have accepted nothing but what could be demonstrated by true science.
Concerning Mr. Wirth, would someone remind him that we live in America where,
presently, we still have the right to free expression of our beliefs and ideas.
I can believe in pink elephants if I desire, and he can continue to believe in
AGW- I really don't see the difference. Both ignore the truth.
Hey, wait a minute, maybe he's the denier after all. I'm the skeptic, he's the
denier!

What exactly is this aggressive program he wants to implement
believe us or else? What makes this guy think he can control us, we
