12 Jul 11 - JAKARTA — Mount Lokon in north Sulawesi province has had small eruptions daily, forcing nearly 1,000 residents to flee. People were urged to stay up to 2.2 miles (3.5 km) away from the 5,741-foot (1,750-meter) volcano, which last erupted in 1991. With a history of violent explosions, Mount Lokon is one of about 129 active volcanos in Indonesia. See entire article:
