29 May 11 - NATIONAL WEATHER SVC BILLINGS MT... WINTER STORM WARNING... HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED OVER THE CRAZY MTNS... BEARTOOTH/ABSAROKA MTNS AND NORTHEAST BIG HORN MTNS TODAY THROUGH MONDAY... ALONG EAST AND NORTH FACING SLOPES... INCLUDING ...COOKE CITY...BURGESS JCT... THE SNOW WILL TAPER OFF MONDAY NIGHT.

12 TO 18 INCHES OF SNOW EXPECTED ABOVE 7000 FT... HEAVIEST ACCUMULATION IN UPSLOPE AREAS ABOVE RED LODGE AND NYE AND ALONG NORTH FACING SLOPES OF THE BIG HORN MTNS. FOR THE CRAZY MTNS...THE  HEAVIEST SNOW WILL BE ALONG THE EAST SLOPES ABOVE MELVILLE.

NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS POSSIBLE... SNOW RATES OF AN INCH OR TWO AN HOUR NOT OUT OF THE QUESTION. TRAVEL WILL BE VERY  DIFFICULT. THOSE WITH OUTDOOR INTERESTS ABOVE 7000 FT...SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR DANGEROUS WINTER CONDITIONS.
